Pet Food/Supply Delivery
If you are in need of pet food but unable to access our supply bank due to health or transportation limitations we may be able to provide a delivery. PAW Team supply deliveries are made possible thanks to community volunteers, and we cannot always fulfill requests.
PLEASE NOTE: As of February, 2024 our pet supply delivery is currently paused. The form below will be updated by mid-February. If you have an urgent need, please reach out to info@pawteam.org.
Here are some things to keep in mind:
This service is intended for individuals who cannot come directly to our Pet Supply Bank due to health conditions or lack of safe transportation.
If you are located more than 45 minutes by car from PAW Team’s NE Portland clinic, we can’t guarantee our volunteers will be able to deliver.
Recipients may receive amounts equal to those given during our open hours: three pet food and/or supply items once per month. Flea control for cats and dogs can also be included if needed.
Your contact information (first name, address, and telephone number) will be shared with PAW Team staff and verified PAW Team volunteers.
We cannot provide estimated dates/times of deliveries. All deliveries are done by volunteers according to their schedules; wait times are at least one week, but can take longer.
You must request a supply delivery each time you need supplies. We are not able to provide recurring orders.
If you are currently experiencing houselessness and do not have a regular address, we can meet you at nearby business during their open hours.
Our supply bank inventory is 100% donation-based. We try to accommodate dietary preferences/restrictions, but cannot guarantee. The amount given is also variable depending on current inventory levels.
To request you supply delivery, please fill out the questions below.
After the request has been submitted:
A PAW Team staff member will reach out by email to confirm whether we can provide delivery at this time.
Your request will be listed on our online volunteer portal, where designated volunteers can see your address and basic information.
After a volunteer signs up for the delivery, they typically reach out by phone when they are on their way. We are not able to let you know when a volunteer has signed up for your delivery, or what day they plan to deliver supplies.
Items will be left outside your door unless otherwise arranged. If items are taken before you are able to receive them, we are unfortunately unable to provide additional supply deliveries within the same month.
